Pediatric Occupational Therapist
Full Time/ Part Time


Your Role
An occupational therapist (OT) will evaluate and treat children with developmental delays, autism, and other challenges—helping them build skills for self-care, learning, play, and relationships. Collaboration with families and other providers is central to this role.

Key Responsibilities

  • Evaluate and deliver individualized OT services in motor skills, sensory integration, self-care, and cognition

  • Develop and implement treatment plans with family involvement

  • Document progress and update treatment goals

  • Collaborate with speech therapists, BCBAs, and behavior technicians

  • Provide family training to support skill development at home

Qualifications

  • Master’s degree in Occupational Therapy (NBCOT certified, MI license required)

  • 1+ years of clinical experience (pediatric & autism experience preferred)

  • CPR/First Aid certification preferred

  • Strong teamwork, communication, and interpersonal skills
